All UK orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail using quality packing. We charge flat shipping rates, and do not add a handling charge like many other stores. Shipping on products and returns is non refundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the returnee.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail u, with a certificate of posting being obtained, should you require items to be sent by special delivery with a higher insured value please select this method at the checkout

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The 14 days start from when you receive the product.
The item must be in its original packaging and there must be no visible or noticeable defects on the product. If an item is damaged in shipping please contact our sales department.
We do not guarantee delivery times. Subbuteo Emporium will NOT be held responsible for delay in shipping due to the carrier.
